Please use an e-mail you use on a regular basis so I may reach you with possible questions/concerns. I also only send invoices so do not send money to my contact e-mail.

I hold the right to decline any commission for any given reason.

Commissioned works are for personal use only. For commercial use or reproduction further discussion is required.

I do not hold any responsibility should a client not read the Terms of Service and conditions prior to sending a commission request.

Please provide image references for requested character or OC. Put as many as you can. E-mails with no visual reference will most likely be rejected.

I retain certain rights and ownership of my art pieces, such as uploading them on social media signed by me, for promotional purposes and use it as an example in portfolios/demonstrations unless you specifically ask me not to post it.

My work is NOT to be used for 3rd party monetization without my consent. This includes the distribution of physical or digital products using my art in any way, shape or form. (E.g. shirts, booklets, pins, Headwear, stickers, or NFTs)

Reposting or redistributing my artwork is prohibited.

You can post the artwork on social media if you wish to do so.(Credits given would be very much appreciated)

These art commissions are NOT be used for A.I. Training or be used in anything related to A.I.

The wait time for commissions is subject to change depending on my availability.

Priority/urgent requests (i.e. orders that must be completed before 3 days) are subject to extra charges depending on complexity.

The time to complete a commission varies depending on the complexity of the piece, ranging from 3-5 days to 1-2 weeks.

I will be sending a rough sketch WIP, if you want any changes on it, this will be a good time to tell me.

Only Paypal payments are accepted, all prices are in CAD (Canadian Dollar).

Payment is required after an initial rough draft has been approved by the client.

Payment can be made 100% upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% when order is halfway through completion.

Significant revisions or changes to the commission are subject to an extra charge of $10 per request.

All commissions are non-refundable, unless for the reasons described in the point below.

If a cancellation is required by the client, they must inform myself within 48 hours of accepting the request.

I will issue a full refund if cancellation is issued before payment is made. If any payment (partial included) has been made, there is no refund.

Full refunds are only accepted if the commission has not progressed past the rough draft or if the commission has to be canceled by myself for any reason.

You may ask for a refund if I have not yet started the commission in 2 or 3 days.

I will not give refunds after the first WIP.

Step 1: I do the rough sketch according the the instructions sent, after that it will be sent for approval and changes will be applied when needed.(Clients are allowed to view WIP or update images at any point in time should they request it)

Step 2: the drawing is delineated, you can correct details of some proportional shapes or sizes (the pose or composition would no longer be modified after the sketch is approved.

Step 3: Cleaner sketches/color sketches will be sent as work progresses (depends on comm) for the client to approve and request small changes. (Things such as the delineated or composition could no longer be modified)

Step 4 Once the above steps are done, the job will be finished and the PNG and clip files will be sent to the client.
